Mill Cut, C Type safety chucks are the most common type of safety chuck. The pocket is heat treated for durability. However, when the pocket does wear out the unit should be replaced.
Set includes two safety chucks. One piece has a drive shaft for mounting a brake or clutch and the other piece has no shaft.
